McCormick Non-GMO Gluten Free Banana Extract, 2.0 fl oz Box

Disclosure: I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. McCormick's Banana Extract has a smooth, natural flavor that works beautifully in baked goods, smoothies, and more. It's not overpowering or artificial, and a little goes a long way. The compact bottle lasts ages. I'd absolutely buy it again, and recommend it to anyone who wants reliable banana flavor without relying on ripe bananas.

I had to try this in a new recipe. I made a coconut pudding and added the banana extract and it was amazing. The best part is it heightened the pudding and gave it a whole new dimension, tasted as if I added bananas. I preferred this to actual bananas because they get mushy and turn brown. This way I got all the flavor I wanted without ruining my dessert. I can't wait to use it in other baked goods, even in whip cream, or drinks. There's so much to do with this extract.
