Great ginger seasoning!
I used McCormick Ginger in both a savory dish (teriyaki chicken) and a sweet treat (molasses ginger cookies), and it worked perfectly in both. It has just the right amount of flavor, and the texture is spot-on — smooth, consistent, and easy to blend into any recipe. Fresh, Fragrant, and Flawless in baking
This product is excellent! It's clearly high-quality—it was nice and fresh right out of the package and had a wonderful, potent smell. I used it in my cookie recipe, and the results were perfect. The flavor came through beautifully, and the entire batch was gone in a flash! Definitely my new go-to.
