wow...my first time trying/buying Saigon cinnamon...still had a little organic great value cinnamon (that I liked) and taste compared... not even close. this is def more like a cinnamon ball hit! glass bottle as well, which is my "as anti-plastic as I can get" must.

This is the best flavor and smelling cinnamon I have ever had! It is delicious when making applesauce it's may the kitchen and the house smelling fantastic! Makes the best applesauce in the world!
