Great flavor

This is an excellent product. It lives up to what I expect from the McCormick name. I used it to make some orange bread instead of buying fresh oranges and everyone loved the bread and could not tell that I had used orange peel instead of fresh oranges. Some products of this type that I have bought before are poor quality, they try to grate up the rind too or something and the product comes out bitter. I guess the old saying is true in some cases you need to buy what you know is high quality and the best. I usually do buy McCormick spices when quality matters

GREAT!

A lot of companies claim that their products have an orange taste to their Orange Peel spice, but this one really does. Just enough to enhance the flavor of your chicken or pork, which is what I used it on. Especially the pork. Made it taste a smidgen tangy and delicious.

McCormick Gourmet Collection Orange Peel

I make orange peel sauce for my tofu, I make orange flavor cookies, I put a little in my banana muffins too ! I have put some in my iced tea for a different flavor. Great flavor not too strong. Will last a long time. Like the glass jar, stays fresher longer in glass.
