Fresh, Fragrant, and Flawless in baking
This product is excellent! It's clearly high-quality—it was nice and fresh right out of the package and had a wonderful, potent smell. I used it in my cookie recipe, and the results were perfect. The flavor came through beautifully, and the entire batch was gone in a flash! Definitely my new go-to.

It's milder than fresh ginger, which actually works well for my younger kids. My only real complaint is that the 1.5 oz jar goes fast for how often I cook.
