Feeding Instructions
Feed to koi in ponds as a floating feed. Suitable for fish six inches or longer. Feed only as much as fish will readily consume. Do not over feed as excess feed will decompose in the water, resulting in poor water quality, which in turn can be harmful to the health of the fish. Thoroughly wash feed and water bowls on a regular basis. It is always good practice to wash hands thoroughly after feeding and/or handling animals. This diet is not for human consumption.

good for mix of koi sizes
I have been using this koi food for years and will continue to use it. The BB-sized pellets are small enough to to eaten by small koi as soon as they are ready to feed with the mob at the surface, and large enough for the fully grown koi to get their fill, but they have to work at it a bit, which is a good thing. These pellets are on the small side for the largest koi but I think its good to keep them busy looking around for these smaller pellets.
