Foil balloons require a low pressure regulated foil inflator to inflate them. These regulators have an auto shut off pressure valve and will not over inflate them.
Disposable helium tanks with a latex inflator will not properly inflate foils. Balloons can usually be properly filled at your local party supply store, florist and even some larger grocery chains will offer helium. For larger balloons or larger quantities of balloons, it may be more cost effective to rent a helium tank from a party rental company or local welding supplier.
Warning choking hazard: Children under 8 years old can choke or suffocate on broken balloons or balloons that are not inflated. Adult supervision required. Discard broken balloons immediately.
Keep the plastic bag containing these product away from small children. The thin film may cling to nose and mouth and prevent breathing. Dispose of bags immediately once product is removed.

With this kit you will receive 28 inch hot wheel jumbo foil balloon, 18 inch hot wheels round foil balloons, 34 inch giant red 3 foil balloon, 19 inch star foil balloons 1- red and 1- blue, 18" Birthday present foil balloon and 11 inch latex balloons 2- red, 2- orange and 2-blue. If a high pressure latex inflator is used to inflate the foil balloon it can burn a hole in the balloons self sealing mechanism or tear the seam, creating a leak.
