Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid Matte Liquid Lipstick, Orange Shot

Gorgeous color absolutely.

I don't normally wear lipstick I am a chap stick person so as a Walmart Spark Reviewer I decided to try this Maybelline Vivid matte liquid. I did not know what to expect of a matte lipstick but I tried out #10 nude flush because nudes are in these days. The lipstick is in a nice compact container. I don't like my make up to have a smell though this lip liquids smell was not overpowering it was light sweet, yet tolerable. The applicators tip is thin enough to make a perfect outline of your lips but also wide enough to get an even spread along your lips with just one swipe, very cool. When you first apply it, it goes on feeling really smooth and creamy. I thought that it would be dry but it kind of has that wet gloss look, it doesn't dry completely but after less than one minute it tones down some I LIKE that. For hours after application my lips still felt soft and I had to check to see if it was still on. Four or five hours in I did notice fading and some feathering, flaking on the edges of my lips and I had to wipe off and re apply. Cons: Overall I don't think this color quite suites my complexion so I would probably by a different color.
