They look high quality. I havent used them yet but from the reviews I don't anticipate any problems. They come very well packaged and blades covered with heavy plastic wrap to preventing cutting your fingers when handling. They are nicely sharpened but not too sharp and are made in USA. I purchased two sets to always have an xtra.
