I received this product for my daughter first baby, she love the champagne color, but when it arived the box was busted and a part for the cup holder fell from the box. The fedex guy noted it on their side, and when I opened the box the mosquito net and the cooling pad was missing, since it's a 3rd party vender the maker themselves I gave to wait to hear from them, and they are sold out of the champaign color, really disappointed. I am a Sparks driver for Walmart and this is not a Walmart issue, it appears that this may have been a return with all the tape on the box
