KILZ 3 premium primer is a superior quality, fast drying, low odor, very low VOC, water-based primer-sealer-stain blocker. Formulated to minimize problems caused by color changes, light to medium stains, surface textures and porosity differences, it offers excellent adhesion and provides a mildew-resistant primer finish.

i have very dark paneling and I definitely needed stain blocking primer before I could paint over it. This brand never fails to do a fantastic job!! Walmart has the best price and can deliver it right to your door. The only thing is that it needed a good stirring before you use which was a bit tedious. i love how they now use plastic lids for the can which eliminates rusting and it's easier to clean so the lid stays tightly sealed. The primer goes on smoothly and all you need is one coat and it dries quickly so you can paint over it without a long wait. Easy brush wash up with soap and water! Excellent price and product so I highly recommend!
