The measuring lines inside the cooking pot made frying our first turkey a huge success! The extra hook adds to being safe. The fryer is sturdy and solid. The draining of the oil is quick and easy with the spout. All the other parts detach for easy cleaning. I'm 1000% satisfied!!! My aunt saw mine and wanted one...I bought her one too!!!
