Obusforme is usually a brand I trust but I returned this item. The seat portion was far too narrow & the way it was formed made it mandatory to keep knees together, or be really uncomfortable. The heat was fine, but forget the massage part-it is a wasted option as you can't even feel it. Really uncomfortable overall.
