I'm not Salvadorian, but I use this flour to make “pupusas”, and they taste amazing. It is easy to use, tastes good, and I like the consistency when prepared correctly. I keep it in the fridge, so it last long enough for me to use the whole bag even when I don't make the pupusas too frequent.
