A night shifter's best friend!
You have to be consistant to get good results but being a night shifter, I feel I cant live without it. D pills did nothing for me but holding this under my tongue a few seconds and then swallowing seems to help a ton after a few days! When coffee stops working and I feel drained its because Ive neglected taking this for a few days! Oops!Its supposed to be a good support for my arthritis and bones too? Idk if I can tell in that respect but energy has improved greatly with this.
