I dont suffer from Celiac but I do have non-Celiac gluten sensitivity. whenever I eat gluten I wake up the next day with a migraine and also it causes GI issues. Ilike to carry these in my purse in case I go to someone's house who wont have gluten free food or to a restaurant. I have tried a cheaper brand and it didn't work as well. i recommend these.
