Delicious
I have only been taking these for a week, so I don't have results of their efficacy, but I can say they are absolutely delicious and I look forward to taking them every day! I love how they included fo-ti Into the product. It was said to turn the elderly Mr. Wu's white hair back to black after he used the plant for some time. Will update with results!

This really works
I have taken a couple other biotin supplements in the past but they have not helped my hair to grow stronger and fuller the way that Mary Ruth’s has! I have my daughter taking it now and she has noticed a great improvement in her hair as well. I feel good taking this product knowing that it is not loaded with junk and sugar.
