A staple in our medicine cabinet!

My kids don't complain at all about taking this. I can't say it tastes good (since it has no sweeteners) but it doesn't really have a taste at all which is great in my opinion. I use it at the first sign of sickness in my kids and I think it does a great job at supporting their immune systems.

Just purchased Mary Ruth's Zinc for toddlers. It's easy to use, all I have to do is squirt three tabs of the zinc into my two year olds drink, usually water. We shall see how effective it is at keeping colds away.
