Product becomes defective early

The Marvy Giga Craft 3" square punch has a limited lifetime. This is my second punch. The first one failed to properly punch paper early. Because I have used Marvy Uchida products for over 25 years, I opted for an exchange rather than return of my money. This, current punch, managed to cut approximately 20 pieces of paper before becoming faulty. The Marvy Uchida Clever Lever Giga Craft Punch Square 3" does not live up to the Marvy name.
