Great American made sourdough crock!
I use this for sourdough starter. I keep 2 going and have another to rotate through when one needs to be cleaned. I love that it’s made in the ISA and I don’t have to worry about lead or other things you don’t want touching food. I may use my 3d one for fermenting soon.
