Beautiful shade of red

My best friend & I come from the printing industry, and we have very strong views on the color red. (Fortunately, we agree.) I used this on a semi-freddo cake I made for her birthday. She and her family LOVED it. I used a Siliomart mold, similar to "Gemma" and I added a small piece of edible gold leaf to the top of the cake.

Milk chocolate spray

Fantastic spray! Great to have it available for smaller jobs. It doesn't take long to have it ready to go. Gives great velvet effect!
