It comes out in like hunks so if making sweet potatoes or something you HAVE to put little pieces everywhere bc it won't flatten out perfectly like the other marshmallows in a bag. This is the real stuff %26 it's super yummy. We liked ours a little brown on the top. Great if using for cleaner eating, no gmos, gluten free, no color or dyes

This Massachusetts boy grew up on fluffernutters and is stilI eating them to this day. Fluff has a different texture than other marshmallow cremes. In the end I suppose it's just a matter of preference.
