Bowtie cheese danish are not "filled" AT ALL.
When trying to make a food product seem better than it is, a seller chooses between "puffing" the qualities of the product with some sort of mild exaggeration and "lying" about those qualities. These cheese danish bowtie pastries are described as "triple-filled". The truth is, they are not filled at all. Instead, dabs of sweetened cheese have been placed on top of the not-quite-fully-baked rolls which have been camouflaged to look like bowties. The dabs on these four rolls are much less than the amount of similar topping you find on the long 14oz version.
