So happy with this salmon! It's delicious and the portions have a good thickness. I buy the 2 lb. bag and cook 2 at a time in my air fryer. I thaw overnight in the fridge ,then I put a thin layer of vegetable oil. About 7 minutes on each side and I love that it's skinless. I think it is a great buy!

Marketside Skinless Atlantic Salmon Portions is my favorite way to purchase salmon. I love the convenience of individually packaged, perfectly sized portions. The salmon is tasty, never a fishy smell or strong tasting, as can happen with some salmon; in fact, I think it perfect for sashimi and sometimes eat this salmon raw. Most pieces are completely boneless, although an occasional small bone can be found - as with all fish products. My favorite way to cook these is to place a defrosted portion (out of the plastic, of course) on top of a handful of fresh baby spinach on a microwave-safe flat plate (I use a saucer-size), drizzle a bit of olive or avocado oil, then cover with a small bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Yes, only 1 minute and it is perfectly cooked - tender, flakey and moist. A sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt finishes it nicely, but honestly, I forgo the salt sometimes. I purchase this product often and highly recommend.
