For smoothies and cooking
I like to put a handful or more of this into my smoothie, minus the stems usually. There is a funny color change, but no real taste difference to my mostly (i add a spoonful of local honey) unsweetened mix of ice, frozen blueberries, 4g EAAs, a scoop of Ka'Chava (oops!, this adds minimal sugar), and plain yogurt. Every now and then i add a spoonful of frozen coconut whip cream (which is sweetened). A usually fresh option that will last so long as you take care of it, but this last time I was burned on my pickup order. I didnt notice the small opening in the packaging before I got to it so it was almost completely wet, slimey, and spoiled. I was able to salvage maybe 3 handfuls but the rest was gone. Disappointing. Cooks down well.

Dry Works Better for Spinach-Kale Mix
I've ordered this product many times, as we regularly eat spinach/kale salads instead of lettuce. Half the time this product is received fine (dry), and the rest of the time this product is received full of water, has a bad odor, and several rotten leaves in it ... when opened immediately upon delivery, with expiration date still days away! It is important to me to receive dry spinach and kale mix. Thank you for your attention to this.

I would rather have this item with more than 1 day expiration. Receiving it in today's grocery order and expires tomorrow is unacceptable especially with any type of fresh leafy greens. I use this for the week and pretty sure it won't last.
