Instructions
**Cooking Instructions - General **Always thaw product prior to cooking. If using a cooking thermometer, sausage is cooked thoroughly at 170°F. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. **Broil - From Chilled **1. Place links on a broiler rack or foil-lined baking pan 7-9 in. below heat. **2. Turn links with tongs every 3 minutes. **3. Broil for 12-14 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. **Grill - From Chilled **1. Preheat gas grill to medium-low heat (if charcoal, allow it to burn until white ash has formed on the embers). **2. Place links on grill. Use tongs to turn links often. **3. Grill for 20-24 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown (closing the grill lid while cooking helps minimize flare-ups). **Shallow Fry - From Chilled **Skillet Instructions: **1. Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add sausage. **2. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, turning links often. **3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Carefully add 1/2 cup water to skillet. **4. Cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

I cook these until they are burnt on outside. Through it in wlth Yasmin rice fresh oregano an sauteed whole peeled tomatoes. a leaf of mint or pinch of ginger really gives it a kick. spinach is also great in this medley. There's nothing like Italian Sausage. Many people have received infections or bacteria from recently. wash thoroughly and cook very well done. lol
