Place unopened package on tray in refrigerator for 1-3 days, according to weight chart on package. Do not open bag until turkey is defrosted. Keep turkey in refrigerator. Do not thaw at room temperature. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove thawed turkey from bag and remove turkey from inner cooking netting. Trim away excess neck skin, if desired. Heat turkey immediately. Place turkey, breast-side up, in roaster or shallow roasting pan. Heat in center of oven at 350°F, according to weight chart on package. If turkey begins to golden brown before it i fully heat, cover with a loose tent of aluminum foil to prevent over-browning. Turkey is fully heated when meat thermometer, not touching any bone, registers 145°F in the deepest part of the breast. Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes before carving.
