If we cant get outside to grill, we even enjoy this cut unseasoned, grilled in a grilling pan, then topped with a sautéed buttery mix of onions, garlic, mushrooms. Other toppings we like are homemade mild horseradish sauce or some crumbles of aged bleu cheese added a minute or two before the grilling finishes--just enough to start the melt.
