this is the first time I bought gorgonzola cheese. I only knew of the name. but oh my goodness I am addicted to this flavor this is not for people who only like mild cheese. I would just say it's just flavorful is blue cheese. to me I would like to have this on a grilled cheese with dill pickles yum yum.
