Marketside Fresh Veggie Grillers, 23 oz

So i usually buy all organic. That is the only negative here. However for convenience this is great. I spray w organic olive oil ( great value brand is the purest). And put in my air fryer on roast. I turn several times. I can use on sandwiches but mostly i put in salad or cook organic quinoa and it’s delicious. I also buy the olive salad and use a bit of it to add flavor. Also great to chop up after roasting and put on a pizza. YUM. VERY CONVENIENT AND LESS EXPENSIVE THAN BUYING SEPARATE INGREDIENTS. I AM A SCRATCH COOK SO THIS IS AN EXCEPTION FOR ME. BUT I THINK IT IS WORTH IT. I BUY ONE A WEEK BUT THIS WEEK I BOUGHT TWO.

The only bad issue was my shopper picked one that expired the next day! Since I wasn't there I don't know that it wasn't the best one on the shelf, and it was good and seemed fresh enough. The good things about are too many to mention them all, but I cooked mine in the oven, and I know it would have been better on a grill, but it's hard to grill and even hard to grill when it won't stop raining for a minute or two! So I drizzled it with Worcestershire sauce, and some liquid smoke, and it was excellent! Of course I roasted it at 385 F for almost 30 minutes. About ever 5 minutes I brushed a fresh drizzle of liquid smoke and sauce over it. Every veggie lover should try these! 100% awesome!
