The last few bags of the salad that I ordered went bad within one day, even though they had a 4 to 5 day out expiration date there was too much moisture in the bag, and the lettuce was already turning brown when I received it. However, this most recent bag I received Was super fresh was not full of moisture. There was no browning and I actually got to eat three days servings of salad, please keep up the freshness with this product. I promise you the ratings on it will improve.

Delicious Crunch of Fresh Delight!
I buy this often because it is pre-cut, fresh if used by date on bag, and a mild delicious taste. The blend is colorful and easy to add a number of cut vegetables to enlarge for family or a group. We like to add grape tomatoes, fresh peeled and cut squash, or cucumber, black sliced olives, and feta cheese. Serve with a choice of dressings!

taste - is wonderful as i cannot handle any other type lettuce - it tastes great value for money - a bit pricy but worth eating my salad because it is a good taste quality excellent freshness only 2 times in my 50 years of buying has it not been fresh - that was all from an accident you can use this as a snack or but on your bread with a cheese and meat sandwich or woth chicken or ham or roast or anything
