Fantastic quality, texture, flavor

I prepared these in my air fryer. I ran it under water first and then cooked it at 330 or so. long enough to give the center the time to squish up. fantastic bread. I find that running it under water makes it that the texture isn't knife like cutting up your mouth when you eat it after you've heated it up. it still has that crispy texture but not quite so sharp.

Mold is A Good Thing

The fact that this bread will mold is actually a good thing because natural foods are suppose to mold it means no preservatives and bad additives. BUT you have to get the bread and use the bread days before the expiration date or use it that day.

Not the best, there’s better out there

These are not the best, but we buy them in a pinch. I definitely do not cook them for the allotted time they recommend. They go in for 20 minutes and sometimes even more, until they become nice and crunchy on the outside. This helps give them a better texture because we like to dip them in seasoned olive oil. we do not like the flavor very much just as they are baked at 3 to 4 minutes.
