The Marketside Seasoned Pork Loin Filet Topped with Applewood Smoked Bacon did not disappoint! I love that it goes straight from the package into the oven! The cooking directions were pretty much spot on. It wasn't as easy to slice as I hoped, so I was worried the meat would be tough, but it wasn't. The flavor was excellent, just a perfect blend of spices and a little smokey with some bacon flavor. The bacon on top was a little messy and hard to keep on when slicing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this!

TOO GOOD TO STOP EATING!

It's so juicy and succulent! Save your bacon grease from breakfast and spread it on the foil lined pan. the meat is pretty much perfectly marinated as is but I like to sprinkle on some rosemary seasoning just for that extra special something. I always tell myself that THIS TIME I'm going to stick to my meal-prep plans and make dinners with no more than 3 medallion cuts of the pork loin. alas I have yet to succeed and it's an all out effort to stop eating at the halfway point. But it tast so good that I just can't help myself LOL.
