I really didn't look this one, I love a good corn casserole but the texture and flavor was not to my liking. If you have a chance to make one from scratch I would highly recommend it. Am I going to try it again shortly answer nope

I have not had corn casserole before, but you would think that it would be heavy with corn. This had some of course, but I would have expected more, like every bite corn and sweet corn flavor, but this was a bunch of corn meal or something and a bit of corn at the bottom. It also didn't have a sweet corn flavor but more of a bitter or sour flavor corn meal moist bread. One person said heavy butter flavor, and Iwish I had that. I would not recommend it. I am probably going to look at different recipes that I could make just to see what it should probably taste like.

I made this in the microwave and didn't like the taste or texture. Maybe if I made it in the oven, I might have enjoyed it more. I didn't finish it so won't get it again.
