With in a month of using I could see a difference in the texture of my hair and length and for me being pregnant it took great care of my hair postpartum too I barely lost any hair I love it , only thing I wish is the push nozzle bottles sometimes are broken when u unlock it and try to pump it just pushes air and a tiny bit out at a time when you get a broken top
