I was shocked by how much was on the roll! ...It was a lot less than a roll of regular contact paper, but take into consideration that this adhesive paper is to do an 'area' and contact paper is intended for a whole wall. This paper is very thick and durable AND silver, which is why less is on the roll.

Very versatile Adhesive Paper
First of all, the contact paper looks and feel like stainless steel! We were pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it is and that is great because we used it as a drawer liner in our pots and pans cabinet. Were going to cover it with a clear plastic liner but this nice and thick. VERY well made. Would certainly hold up well on a wall behind a stove or cooktop. And don't forget to think outside the box on where to use this contact paper - you'll be glad you bought it. And be certain you measure where you are putting this against how much you need. Know that it cuts extremely easily as well.
