Marathon 20265 Pneumatic Air Universal Utility Wheelbarrow Tire 4.80/4.00-8

I couldn't believe the low price on this wheelbarrow tire replacement, which included the wheel, tube, bushings and spacers, verses other online suppliers and even local suppliers in my hometown. Each place I checked online and local was exactly the same brandname tire packaged the same as shown in picture above. The prices from the places I checked, which included online and locally varied approximately $20 higher with each place I checked. The next closet was $42, next was $60, then one more, which happened to be the highest and was $82, for exactly the same package. I checked with my local Walmart, just to see if they carried it in the store, but they don't. I ordered online at Walmart.com and had it shipped free to the store, which took just over a week. If wasn't because of the Christmas holidays, it would have arrived in 3 to 5 days. The tire is larger than the tire on my wheelbarrow, I just had to re-position the front stabilizer bracket for the handles, to the outward position and my axle is 5/8 inch, which is the way this comes, but will work with other sizes too, due to the included bushings, spacers and so forth. The bushings and spacers in the package are okay and I considered them, like free with this package, but are thin plastic and will probably wear out, fairly soon, but the ones on my old wheelbarrow was 1/4 inch thick and 3 inches long, so I used my mitre saw, measured and cut, to accommodate, so now it's better than before. This is a commercial grade tire, totally different than what comes on brand new wheelbarrows and even has a grease fitting for the bearings. The operation of the wheelbarrow is now much easier to use and can handle the job better. Better buy this now, because to tell you the truth, since I compared the prices at other places, I think they have it priced wrong or either they buy so much in bulk, they can sell it much cheaper, but I still can't see it, because this is the whole package and it's a nice tire. Whatever is on you're wheelbarrow now, you'll be glad you changed to this, because it will make the job easier. Very easy to change out and is always great to do it yourself, if you're like me.

The wheel is sturdily constructed and fits easily to the wheelbarrow.
