This came in a very small package which the horse was all balled up inside. It took a moment of shaking the horse a bit to get it looking some what stuffed. The neck needs more stuffing as it doesnt sit up right at all. Other than that, its very soft and adorable. 4 stars as it needs more stuffing for the neck.

i am sorry but I got a ball and when I opened it, it was the horse I ordered. Honestly it is so under stuffed, it looks like it got ru over on the road. it says to use a hair dryer or sunlight so i put it in the window, we will see, i will post an update in a few days
