I'm very happy with this product. Nothing was broken or lose everything was in the box and wrapped up very good. When it was delivered to my house my FedEx driver was very careful with it and left it on my porch. Got it as my hubby and I wanted a entertainment center with a fireplace and something that was big enough to fit a 55” tv. It was easy to put together and it doesn't take up a lot of room. The fireplace with the heat works great. For a little heater like that it heats up my whole living room and keeps it nice and warm. I definitely recommend this entertainment center to anyone who is looking for a nice fireplace. Definitely would order again that's how pleased and happy I am with this product!
