Great tasting from an old classic hot ceral. I sweeten with maple syrup and honey, add some real butter, and some heavy whipping cream, and a good quality hot link or sausage patties on the side. Sometimes 2 slices of of almost burnt toast. Yeah, I'm good to go till supper.

My husband is on a low sodium diet. Malt-o-meal has NO sodium! I make 3 servings for the two of us. When I use one cup of Fairlife Skim Milk and 1 2/3 cup water, this gives us a protein load of 25 grams, nearly equal to two eggs, with less sodium. Add in a banana, breakfast is warm and healthy!
