Good flavour for mixing

This is another good bottle to have on hand. I've enjoyed it chilled and mixed with pineapple juice and club soda for a refreshing summer drink. I've also used it to boost the flavour of a pineapple coconut cake. It's also a good way to go when making a classic pina colada. It has good flavour, that is bold but not overpowering.

One of my favorites!

Malibu Rum has become one of my favorite mixers. It's smooth, light, and has just the right amount of coconut without being too sweet.
