Leaks and Drips - Buyer Beware #2

Faucet leaked after a few months and resulted in damaged ceiling below that will have to be repaired. Seems to be exact same problem as the other reviewer on the Moen site where the valve leaks from inside the brass unit itself due to defect. Very disappointed.
