I've never lost any data
I've use two ReadyNAS drives for years now. One is the corporate shared drive with all the data from accounts, sales, development, research, and customer support. The second drive is set up to make daily backups copies automatically every night. As a result, when disasters happen, drives die after lightening strikes etc, or users delete something by mistake, I've always been able to restore the working environment with very little effort for years now.
