We use them to feed outdoor cats and dogs. They don't crack and are easy to clean. Could also be used for human food too.

i dont get the bad reviews, a couple people said these aren't sturdy but i disagree, these are very large dinner plates and have a little lip on the side so your food dont slide off. And very sturdy unless tour trying to put a whole rotisserie chicken on it and walk around holding it with one hand lol. Im gonna buy more and use these on holidays instead of throw away plates, i feel guilty being wasteful using paper plates, i mean if i cook a meal ive got to wash dishes anyway, so whats a few plates. Also food isn't hard to get off these plates, like dried on mashed potatoes on a glass plate
