I have the opposite weight problem that most women have, I struggle to gain weight, not lose it! This is a mildly flavored mixed berry drink with all the vitamins my body needs on a daily basis. I have never been one to like packaged protein shakes or smoothies. I know if the consistency isn't perfect I wouldn't drink it. If the taste is off, I won't drink it. I'm not picky, I just know immediately if I like the flavor, and if I feel a possible gag-reflex from the thickness, I would t be able to drink it. I have tried many protein shakes. I have almost a full box of a brand that I am not a fan of due to the fact that it is so thick it's like pudding. No thanks. I've thrown a few brands away because the taste was off. I had a coupon for the Ensure Max Protein shakes so I decided to give it a try. I bought the strawberry flavor, and it was delicious! I drank the carton quickly without hesitation. I loved it so much I went back and bought the chocolate flavor also. It was also a great taste and consistency. I have not tried the mocha or caramel flavor, but I think I will try them next as they are the only other flavors that I have seen in the 4 stores that I frequent. I loved the fact that I had a coupon to save some money as well!
