They are great for baking a cake. In a pinch for cooking a 20 lb Thanksgiving turkey? Messy to say the least and that was with the support of a pizza pan. Let's just say there were flames, that scared my strong 22 yr old son. So I positioned myself into the corner that had been on fire. I don't have the strength to pull it out by myself, I told him. So we each grabbed it at the same time to get it out of the oven. We did it, without spilling or dropping it on the floor. And I later realized my son had had the sense to turn the oven off after the fire had started. No one got burned and the turkey was great❣️
