This is an awesome spatula for removing a large pork shoulder, brisket or other large cut of meat. Nicely made and heavy duty. I notched down one on appearance only because mine was delivered dirty with some residue that I had to clean off. Came out fine, however. If you bbq a lot like me, this is a great tool for your arsenal!
