The lamp was lucky to make it to my house unbroken. It looks like it was just thrown in a box. When it arrived I picked up this huge box and what was in it just rattled all over. Opened it there was the lamp not wrapped, not secure in any way. Maybe you should talk to your employees about shipping breakable items

My shade came with dents and scratches…I thought it was in the shaping until I removed the plastic… so once I actually put it on I discovered that it was actually bent and scratches and scapes in the material… can't be fixed…I tried turning it around but it just looks like the lamp is backwards

I was unsure about this lamp at first. I wasn't sure it would work out for what I wanted. It is a very nice lamp. A bit small, but it works for a small space perfectly. I love the switch on the base. i would recommend buying if you need a smaller lamp and shade.
