Super easy to clean. The locking feature aids in storage. It makes turning meat and other foods in pans easier as well as. It also aids in shredding meat too. I recommend switching to these as using a fork to turn meat of move it only makes holes the juices escape from instead of being in your mouth.

Rather beefy steel, not flimsy. Slide-out closing lock and rubberized hanging ring make for small footprint vertical storage to a stick pin for quick access. Smooth operation. I'm surprised at how nice they are actually. Nice and long to keep your knuckles and finger tips clear of hot surfaces.
