Greenhouse assembled pretty easy, missing a pole, contacted facility via email on a Wednesday, it's Sunday no response but a generic message that they are working on it. Husband rigged it so I could put my plants in it . This particular greenhouse needs more straps in side to keep in place. I'm in a pretty windy part of Texas and if they would of spent the extra couple of 10cents a unit and extra stakes for around the edge I think it would get 5 stars...
